1977 Pan/Shovel by Keino Cycles
82ci fully Rebuilt and Polished Motor, Paint by Vincent Szarek, Stunning Show Quality Bike
This machine was built by Keino Sasaki of Keino Cycles, founder of the Brooklyn Invitational.
It has a unique motor built by Keino, based off a 77 Harley Davidson with a Shovelhead front and Panhead rear configuration. Most of the components in the motor are S&S, and the motor was rebuilt by him to 82ci and fully polished.
The bike has a Tech Cycle electric starter as well as a kick starter. The transmission is a 5 speed in a 4 speed case by Revtech, fully polished as well. The bike has a 2 inch BDL open belt drive.
The motor sits in a modifed Paughco wishbone rigid frame, which was nickel plated. 39mm narrow glide 2 inches over, fully polished. Front and rear disc brakes, 10 inch mini ape hangers, internal throttle. Chrome forward controls, hand clutch and foot shift. 21in front, and 16in rear Metzler tires, Dyna ignition, custom made seat by paul cox, paint by Vincent Szarek
The bike is a stunning, fully polished show bike put together by one of the most highly regarded, forward thinking and meticulous builders alive. It has covered under 2000 miles since completion. At the time of completion the final cost was $37,000. It is offered today for substantially less. Rare opportunity to purchase a bike built by Keino.
