1959 Triumph Tiger T100
800 Miles on Jaye Strait Restoration, Matching Numbers, Street Concours Condition, Runs and Rides Beautifully
This bike was restored by noted northeast Triumph expert Jaye Strait for a meticulous enthusiast with a large collection of fully restored concours class bikes. It has just over 800 miles on the restoration, meaning it has been nicely sorted out and actually ridden. This is one of the best riding pre-unit triumphs we have had (, we have had 4 pre-units in the last 6 months.) From what we were told, before restoration it was an unmolested, one owner 25,000 mile bike. The bike starts on one or two kicks and runs and shifts beautifully. This bike is a show stopper. Doug Wood restored the magneto 300 miles ago.
The repaint is spectacular, with only a few minor signs of use. The previous owner confirmed this color combo was listed in the Canadian Triumph brochure from 1959.
The bike, as with all my bikes, has a clean and clear title transferred properly through my dealership.
